Lexi Tech Lab is a specialist technology repair workshop based in Coffs Harbour, providing diagnostics and repairs for computers, MacBooks, gaming consoles, storage devices and complex electronic faults.
Our approach is straightforward: understand the problem properly, explain what we find and give you clear options before additional work is carried out.
What began as a local computer repair business has developed into a workshop capable of handling everything from everyday hardware faults and upgrades through to board-level diagnostics, microsoldering and data recovery.
About Lexi
Lexi Tech Lab is operated by Lexi Lickiewicz, an experienced systems, infrastruture engineer and repair technician with more than 25 years working with computers and technology.
My background spans systems administration, Infrastructure, networking, Microsoft environments, cybersecurity and hands-on hardware repair. That broader systems experience is useful at the repair bench because faults are not always isolated to a single component — sometimes the problem sits across hardware, software, configuration and the way the device is being used.
I prefer to diagnose before replacing parts. The aim is to understand what has actually failed, explain the findings clearly and give customers enough information to decide whether a repair makes sense.
That same approach applies whether I am looking at an everyday laptop fault, a MacBook, a gaming console, damaged storage or a board-level electronic problem.
From General Repairs to Specialist Diagnostics
Lexi Tech Lab began with everyday computer repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting for local customers. Over time, the workshop developed deeper diagnostic and repair capability as the faults coming through the door became more complex.
That progression has included board-level diagnostics, microsoldering, gaming console repairs, data recovery and more advanced fault finding across both hardware and software.
